In this episode, I share what it was like to experience separation during the first year postpartum — a time when many relationships are under immense strain — and how, even in the middle of uncertainty, I realized something surprising: I finally felt at home where I was.
Not because everything was easy.
Not because life felt settled.
And not just because of my children.
But because I chose myself.
I talk openly about what the separation revealed to me — as well as how my energy journey and commitment to presence helped me stay grounded, trust the process, and believe that even in the unknown, something meaningful was unfolding.
If you’re an expat woman living in the EU time zone and you’ve been craving deeper emotional support, I currently have limited 1:1 therapy and coaching spaces open. Book a 30-minute consultation call with me here to see if working together feels like the right fit.
